Outdated decor and poor maintenance made matters worse. The lack of consistent housekeeping and inadequate kitchen provisions left much to be desired. This place reminded me of a last resort. I can't recommend it.

Staff and comfort were very good, had a such great stay for the 3rd visit. I loved the room with king bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel had indeed a favourable and cool location near everything.

The kids loved the nearby Wet' n Wild water park, just a short drive away. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with our family, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Jasmine at the front desk was helpful, we got settled nicely.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could use more fun activities for families.

Wanted to explore Greensboro and this hotel was perfect place for doing it. The bed was comfortable, the room was cheap and non-smoking. Had lots of options for breakfast, it was warm.

Clean and the location was good.
It was a clean room but was given a handicapped room with a large space in the bathroom but no vanity. It seemed the hotel was hardly full so not sure why I was given this room except perhaps because I was a discount customer. Otherwise very clean with a comfortable bed.

I did not like that the suitcases after a long flight should be carried by themselves to the second floor without an elevator. It was unexpected.
